Step 1
- Log into the Google My Business account that you want to transfer
- Click on “Users”
- Click the add user “+” button
- Select “Invite new users”

Step 2
- Enter Gmail address of user to whom you want to transfer the account
- From the Choose a role drop-down select “Owner”
- Click “Invite”
Note: The user you invited will receive an invitation email. They will need to accept the invite before you can proceed to the next step.

Step 3
- After the user has accepted your invitation for account ownership, log back into the Google My Business account and go back to “Users”
- From the Manage permissions page, click the drop-down next to the new owner and select “Primary owner”

Step 4
- Click on “Transfer” to complete the process
